Our free online pickup and delivery service began in 2003 and has been continually refined ever since. This includes expanding our delivery zones to cover nearly all of Auckland. We’ve developed an intuitive ordering system where you can order a pickup at the click of a button, with daytime and evening slots available. Couple this with our 40 years of experience and obsession with quality, and you’ve got a service that won’t be matched.

Specialists at Regal in Auckland will clean your garments with our renowned attention to detail, so you can trust your items are in good hands.
Simply package your garments, send them to our Newmarket store, and our deliveries manager will take care of the rest. Once your garments are cleaned, we will organise to courier your garments back to you, looking as good as new.

Our delivery service operates every weekday in Auckland's CBD and select days throughout Auckland.
NORTH SHORE: Wednesday
EAST AUCKLAND: Monday and Thursday (Thursday only for far East suburbs)
WEST AUCKLAND (central): Tuesday and Friday (Tuesday only for far west suburbs)
SOUTH AUCKLAND (Auckland Airport and surrounds): Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Our minimum order of $40 applies to orders to qualify for free pick-up and delivery.
All payments are processed automatically and securely online using Payment Express. Your credit card information is not stored by Regal and cannot be accessed. You will be required to enter your credit card details the first time you register online and you will only be directed to do this again when your card has or is due to expire.
Our standard turn-around is 3 days, however you can request an express order when you order a collection online which will have your garments returned in 2 working days. Some specialist services such as leather and bridal may require extended turn-around periods.
Please email deliveries@regaldrycleaners.co.nz to cancel your collection. We require 1 hour notice prior to the start of your selection collection window.
We don’t believe in risk taking, not during our cleaning process, or during our delivery. If nobody is available to receive the order upon delivery, you will receive a text to reschedule delivery at a later date. We charge a $10 redelivery fee for deliveries unable to be completed.
You will receive your personalised drycleaning bag with the delivery of your first order. This bag can be used to make future orders even easier!
At Regal, our team of drycleaning and stain removal specialists use gentle, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, that ensure that our environment and your body stay toxin-free. We take our eco-position seriously, packaging garments in fully bio-degradable film, as well as running a hanger and bag recycling programme. We also have reusable garment bags available for purchase.

Unlike most other drycleaning delivery services, we don’t outsource to third-parties.
All your garments are cleaned by our specialists onsite at our Newmarket facility. Once completed and checked by our team, they are delivered back to you by our dedicated Regal delivery drivers.
